Hey love,
Come sit with us for a second. Breathe. There’s no rush here. Just you, this moment, and a gentle reminder: You are exactly who you’re meant to be.
It’s Pride Month a time of color, of community, of resistance, and joy. And while the streets may fill with rainbows and parades, we know not everyone feels ready to wave their flag just yet. And that’s okay.
This month isn’t just for those who are loud and proud (we love you!). It’s also for those still figuring things out. Those whispering their truth to themselves for the first time. Those with
shaky hands and hopeful hearts. If that’s you, we want you to know you’re not late, you’re not behind, you’re not alone.
Coming Out… or Just Coming Into Yourself
There’s no correct way to come out. There’s no right time. And sometimes, “coming out” doesn’t even have to be the goal. What matters most is feeling safe, grounded, and true to yourself whatever that looks like.
So if you’re unsure, or scared, or navigating the quiet parts of your queerness breathe again. It’s okay. There’s power in your pace.
Some things to hold onto:
• You don’t owe anyone your story.
• Your safety comes first.
• Curiosity and confusion are part of discovery.
• Labels can be helpful or not. You get to decide.
• Who you are is valid, even if no one else sees it yet.
If You Need Steps, Not a Sprint
1. Find language that feels right or skip it altogether. Sometimes putting a name to your identity feels freeing. Other times, it’s too much. Either way, you’re still real.
2. Curate your environment. Social media, music, books, movies surround yourself with representation that feels like home.
3. Confide in safe people. Even just one. Someone who sees you, even in the shadows.
4. Remember joy. Being queer isn’t just hard. It’s beautiful. It’s expansive. It’s fun.
5. Get support. Queer-affirming therapists, online forums, helplines there’s a world out here waiting to love you.
Sheba is More Than a Brand It’s a Safe Space
At Sheba Feminine, we don’t just care about periods. We care about the people who have them. The queer ones, the questioning ones, the non-binary babes, the trans folks, the cis allies, and everybody in between. We believe every body deserves dignity, comfort, and community not just products.
So yes, we sell menstrual care. But we also believe in showing up with softness, with sass, with purpose. Pride is part of that. You are part of that.
Whether you’re decked out in rainbow glitter or still tiptoeing toward your truth, we’re holding space for you.
Because queer joy is radical.
Because identity is sacred.
Because Pride started as a protest and lives on as a promise that you matter.
With all our love and an embarrassing number of tissues (we get emotional too),
The Sheba Team
P.S. Your queerness is not too loud, too soft, too weird, too anything. It’s just right..
