Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Tracking: Stay on top of Instagram and TikTok trends, proposing fresh content ideas that keep us relevant and bold.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist the team in tracking performance metrics and identifying ways to boost engagement.
  • Competitive Research: Keep an eye on competitors and suggest unique ways to position Sheba Feminine as a standout brand.

What Success Looks Like:

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media management, even if through personal accounts with a strong focus on content creation.
  • Creative Tools: Proficiency in design and editing software like Canva and CapCut.
  • Trend Awareness: Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends.
  • Video Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging video content.
  • Feel confident and aligned with Sheba’s bold and inclusive ethos
  • Pay excellent attention to detail and have strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Tech Know-How: Familiarity with social media management tools and digital advertising is a bonus.
  • Creativity: Bold, innovative thinking with a willingness to take risks to disrupt the menstrual care space.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual who thrives on initiative and independent problem-solving. You like experimenting with ideas and building vibrant communities

Part-Time Operations Intern

We’re Hiring! Join Sheba Feminine as a Part-Time  Operations Intern

Sheba Feminine and our in-house brands are on a mission to revolutionize menstrual care and sustainability. We create organic and biodegradable menstrual products, tackle period poverty, and advocate for menstrual equity—all while building a brand that is bold, inclusive, and socially conscious.

Our work goes beyond products—we’re shifting narratives, breaking taboos, and making real impact. 

Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time  Operations Intern to help us scale and refine our processes. If you’re an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented creative problem solver who thrives in a startup environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Part-Time):

• Inventory and logistics: Assist with stock management, supplier coordination, and product distribution.
• Retail and e-commerce support: Help ensure smooth order fulfillment and tracking for retail and online sales and assist with product management.
• Operations and process optimization: Identify ways to improve efficiency in daily business activities.
• Supplier and partner coordination: Communicate with suppliers, vendors, courier services, and other partners.
• Administrative support: Assist with data entry, record-keeping, Invoicing and operational reporting.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team.
• Help with day-to-day tasks such as following up on emails or calls.

• Assist with sales and marketing of products and brand.

• Compile accurate spreadsheets, gather necessary information before meetings or sales campaigns, and ensure all data is updated.
• Support in testing and evaluating new products to understand quality requirements.
• Assist in coordinating activities across Sheba Feminine, including product launches, campaigns, and events
• Help draft proposals, grant applications, reports, or pitch decks
• Keep tabs on industry trends and exciting opportunities.
• Coordinate shoots, interviews, or creative collaborations across teams
• Support with small errands when needed for work-related logistics

Experience and Qualifications:

• In the final year of tertiary education (preferably BSc / BCom degree) or completed a diploma with a keen interest in small business management.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• A strong willingness to learn about planning and logistics processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of customer business needs.
• The ability to work independently

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office tools, Canva, and social media tools
• Ability to embrace feedback and work well under pressure.
• A fast learner who adjusts easily to changing environments.
• Resilience and adaptability are key values.
